These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
